This Privacy Policy describes how Soulaiwork ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Era – Charecter Chat mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

• Email address and password – collected when you create an account.
• Guest identifier (UUID) – automatically generated for all users (including guests) to provide app functionality before account creation.
• User profile data – optional bio and avatar you provide.

2.2 Device Information

We automatically collect the following technical information to ensure compatibility and improve service reliability:

• Platform (iOS / Android), OS version, device model and manufacturer
• App version and build number
• Device locale and language
• Installer store
• Android only: SDK level, security patch level, hardware fingerprint, supported ABIs, system features, bootloader, board, and low-RAM status
• iOS only: device name, vendor identifier (IDFV), POSIX system information (sysname, nodename, release, version, machine)

2.3 Usage and Chat Data

• Chat messages – the messages you send to AI characters and the responses generated are stored on our servers associated with your user ID.
• Chat history – your conversation history with each character is retained to provide continuity.
• Favorites – the characters you mark as favorites.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and deliver the App's core features (authentication, chat, character browsing).
• To maintain and personalize your experience (chat history, favorites, profile).
• To identify and fix technical issues through device compatibility data.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Our backend runs on Google Cloud Run (Google LLC). Data is processed on servers located in asia-northeast1 (Tokyo). Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Avatar generation: If a default avatar placeholder is used, a request is made to DiceBear (no personal data is sent).
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and chat history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@soulaiwork.com. Guest session data is retained until the guest session expires or you request deletion.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS). We store data on Google Cloud infrastructure, which provides industry-standard physical and logical security controls. Passwords are not stored in plaintext on your device. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
